  • Description

    Pu-erh cake teas are compress green Pu-erh. pu-erh tea has long been recognized for lowering cholesterol, helping digestion and weigh-lose.   

    They are hand made with high quality old tea tree leaves, approximately 6g for each cake tea. Like most of the red wine, older of the tea, the better it is. Golden orange soup base that has earthy undertones. 

    Simply unwrap the paper package, break the cake tea with letter opener or tea needle  

    Brewing the Tea

    Adding boiling hot water at the temperature of 100C. After rinse the tea with hot boiling water, steep it for 30 seconds; add 5 seconds to subsequent infusions. Loose tea leaf teas can be reuse up to 5-10 infusions in 12 hours

    How to prepare

    • Quantity

      1/3 gaiwan, 5g-7g or less
      Water volume: 150ml to 250ml

    • Temperature

      212ºF, full, rolling boil
      or 100ºC

    • Steeping Time

      After rinsing, infuse 15 secs;
      add 5 secs to subsequent infusions
