    This tea is collected in the early spring in 2012. Spring is the busiest time to collect the best tea of the year.

    JingMai mountain located in the southern of YunNan, it is one of the famous tea mountains and it is popular for producing PuEr tea with strong fragrances. 

    The loose leafs was collected from a private small tea family.

    Pu'er green tea is better than the regular green tea,  because of its limited production and unpolluted enviroment. The grower plant the big pu'er tea trees behind their house by using organic fertilizer.

    How to prepare

    • Quantity

      1/3 gaiwan, 5g-7g or less
      Water volume: 150ml to 250ml

    • Temperature

      212ºF, full, rolling boil
      or 100ºC

    • Steeping Time

      After rinsing, infuse 15 secs;
      add 5 secs to subsequent infusions
