Simplest Matcha Latte recipe, making Matcha Latte in 3 minutes:
0.5 table spoon of Matcha for 1 cup of latte; feel free to adjust the amount of Matcha Powder.
1. Add a small amount of hot water or milk (3 table spoons), stir the Matcha powder (you have to make a paste so the Matcha can be fully dissolved).
2. Add hot or cold milk to the diluted Matcha Paste.

Ingredients: 2g to 3g Matcha, 2.5g Sugar, 20g Warm Water, 150g Milk.
Instructions:
Whisk the matcha and sugar with the 20g of warm water, forming a concentrated paste.
Pour 150g of milk into the paste. Gently stir to combine.
Customization: For a stronger matcha flavor, reduce the milk to 120g.
