Brewing Guide
To unlock its full aromatic potential, we recommend the Gongfu method.
Steep:
* Tea: 5-7 grams per 100-150ml vessel (gaiwan or small teapot).
* Water: 95-100C.
* Method: After a quick 5-second rinse of the leaves, begin with a 15-second infusion. Steep repeatedly, gradually increasing the time to enjoy 8+ infusions, each revealing new layers of flavour.
* Western Style: Alternatively, steep 3g in a 250ml (8oz) mug with 90C water for 2-3 minutes.
