Recommended Steeping instruction:
In order to avoid bitterness and preserve the fragrance, please adjust the water temperature to around 95 C and steep for 5 mins or more. (please steep the tea according to your own preference)
If you prefer stronger taste, you can steep the tea longer.
tip: lower the water temperature, the fragrance can be preserved better.
The tea will taste less bitter.
Boiling the tea in pot can cause strong bitterness.
