Ingredients: 2g to 3g Matcha, 2.5g Sugar, 20g Hot Water, 150g Milk.
Instructions:
Whisk the matcha and sugar with the 20g of warm water until completely smooth, forming a concentrated paste.
Pour 150g of milk (cold or steamed) into the paste.
Gently stir to combine.
Customization: For a stronger matcha flavor, reduce the milk to 120g. For an unsweetened latte, omit the sugar
